Business Development Committee
The Business Development Committee aims to promote commercial collaborations among TAİB members and create new opportunities in business areas with high economic potential. The committee aims to increase synergy among members by organizing sectoral analyses, best practice examples from the business world, and mutual business promotion days. It also contributes to strengthening trade between the two countries by building bridges between the Turkish and Azerbaijani business communities. Committee activities include B2B meetings, trade delegations, sector-specific networking events, and joint investment exploration programs.

Elshan Rasulov was born in Shirvan, Azerbaijan. After completing his high school education in Baku, he obtained his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Science. He completed his master’s degree in International Finance at Ghent University. He began his career as a sales analyst at a national company in Belgium, then served as regional sales director at the global BSCH company in Vienna, Austria. In 2011, he returned to Turkey and established his own companies and factories. He is currently the founder and partner of ARS SPOR and UNIXPADEL factories.
