Legal, Compliance and Women’s Leadership Committee
The Legal, Compliance and Women’s Leadership Committee carries out activities aimed at strengthening TAİB’s legal processes, corporate compliance efforts, and governance approach based on ethical principles. The committee plays a supportive role in matters related to internal regulations, contracts, official procedures, and legal issues concerning members. It also contributes to increasing the visibility of women’s leadership in the business world, encouraging women members to take a more active role in decision-making processes, and developing awareness-raising projects in this field.
