Member Development Committee

Member Development Committee’nin temel amacı, TAİB üyelerinin bireysel ve kurumsal kapasitelerini geliştirmeye yönelik faaliyetler yürütmektir. In this context, it organizes professional training, personal development workshops, digitalization support, mentorship programs and social activities that strengthen internal communication. The committee also produces weekly/monthly communication channels and promotional content to facilitate the adaptation of new members to the TAIB structure and to encourage knowledge and experience sharing among members. Its goal is to create a TAIB community that learns, develops and grows together.

VÜGAR ABDULLAH

Born on November 11, 1974, in the city of Sheki, Azerbaijan, he completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at the Russian-language School No. 8 named after Nikolay Nekrasov in Sheki. In 1992, he was one of 1,000 students who passed the first test-based examination for Turkish universities and was sent to Konya Selçuk University in Turkey on a state scholarship by the Government of Azerbaijan. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration at Selçuk University in 1998. Between 1992 and 2016, he worked in senior management positions at various companies operating in the field of foreign trade in Konya. In 2016, he founded Sakasena Food Products Packaging Industry Trade and International Marketing Ltd., specializing in the export of industrial food raw materials and flexible polymer packaging films, where he continues to serve as both Founder and General Manager. He is married and father of a son and a daughter. He speaks English and Russian at a good level.
