Hika is essentially a manufacturing company specializing in the production of Solid and Liquid Sodium Silicate (Solid and Liquid Glass).
Hika was established in 1998 under the name Hika Maden ve Kimya Sanayi Ltd. Şti., headquartered in Bornova, Izmir — one of Turkey’s most important industrial and port cities. The company carries out its production activities at its factory built on 4,000 m² covered and 8,500 m² open area in the Manisa/Turgutlu Organized Industrial Zone on the Izmir-Istanbul highway, with 30 employees working in 3 shifts, 24/7.
Hika continuously expands its customer portfolio with its growing production capacity, quality service approach, and successful organizational structure, increasing its growth momentum and market share day by day.
Having become a respected and trusted manufacturer in the mining and chemical sector, Hika confidently strides into the future with firm steps, continuing to achieve successful projects in these sectors with years of experience. In addition to all this, the factory operates its production line in compliance with international standards, holding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Certificates.
Today, Hika produces approximately 3,000 tons of Solid Sodium Silicate and 4,000 tons of Liquid Sodium Silicate per month. It distributes its products to many sectors, particularly detergent, paper, textile, welding electrodes, and construction chemicals.
