1. The person requesting membership must be an Azerbaijani-origin business owner/senior professional executive or someone with commercial activities related to Azerbaijan. 2. The membership application is evaluated and decided upon by the TAIB Board of Directors. The Board may reject or accept the request. 3. The person requesting membership must be well-known by their Sponsor (TAIB MEMBER) and must have a positive (respected and trustworthy) standing both in society and in the business world. 4. The applicant will be evaluated based on their current and past business, position, industry level, and achievements. 5. The completed MEMBERSHIP FORM is signed by the applicant. Additionally, a passport photo, a copy of the identity card, and a criminal record certificate must be attached to the form. 6. During the evaluation of applications, candidates with profiles such as Company Owner, Company Partner, Senior Executive, Academician, or Diplomat will be preferred. 7. After the membership application is approved, the applicant must pay the annually determined TAIB membership fee and send the payment receipt to [email protected]. 8. Unless the accepted member notifies TAIB in writing of their wish to resign, the membership will be automatically renewed at the beginning of each fiscal year. MEMBER’S COMMITMENT I have read the Bylaws of the Association of Azerbaijani Businesspeople in Turkey (the “Association”) and within this scope; * I commit to remaining faithful to the founding philosophy and purpose of the Association, * I commit to complying with the principles and rules stated in the Bylaws, * I commit to fulfilling my obligations arising from membership on time and in full, * I commit to supporting the activities carried out for the realization of the Association’s objectives, * I declare that the information I have provided is accurate, and in case of any changes in my address or other information I have reported, I commit to notifying within 1 (one) month at the latest, otherwise I irrevocably accept, declare and undertake that notifications sent to my first address and email address shall be deemed as duly delivered to me. I respectfully request the necessary action to be taken for my acceptance as a full member of the Association.
