On November 8, 2023, the new term Board of Directors meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Business People Association was held. This meeting was the first board meeting following the General Assembly held on October 18, 2023 at the Istanbul Conrad Hilton, where the new term Board of Directors and Audit Board were elected.

At the meeting, Elshan Guliyev was elected as the Board Chairman by unanimous vote of the Board members. In addition, Nurlan Yusifov, founder of Zirve Investment and Foreign Trade Company, and Attorney Ural Aküzüm, Chairman of the Board of IG Ventures Management and Consulting Services, were elected as Board Vice Chairmen.

Committee members were also elected for the Membership Development, Event Development, Business Development, and NGO and Public Relations Committees.

During the meeting, Board Chairman Elshan Guliyev discussed the economic-political relations and new member development from the previous term, provided information about digitalization and technological infrastructure efforts, and stated that these efforts would continue to deepen in the new term.

The meeting concluded after listening to the opinions and suggestions of the Board members.
